Jason Wang is the managing partner of JXW Lawyers.
Jason has extensive experience in Hong Kong initial public offerings, large scale cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, post-initial public offerings fund raising and corporate restructurings and compliance matters in relation to Hong Kong listed companies. Jason acted for Mainland Chinese enterprises in a number of Hong Kong initial public offerings and represents foreign investors investing in Mainland China and Mainland China state-owned enterprises in outbound investments.
